If you are unable to travel to your property via public transport then the directions by road from Bristol are as follows:

Take the M5 motorway South towards Exeter.

Drive down the M5, after Exeter services (moto), approx 3.65 miles branch left onto the A30 (signposted Bodmin, Okehampton).

Continue on the A30 into Cornwall past Launceston and Bodmin. At Indian Queens turn off onto the A39 (signposted Wadebridge/Newquay (A392). After 1 mile turn left onto the A392 (signposted Newquay).

Follow the A392 into Newquay (which becomes the Gannel link road) then, with the estuary on your left, you will reach a four way roundabout. . Take the third exit onto Mount Wise and continue forward approximately 600 yards and Horizons is on the left hand side.
